Registration closes at 9 pm on Sunday, October 14.
You have the technology and the people, but do you have the best content? This session will highlight four collaborative content strategies that you can implement across your organization to create high-quality content at a more efficient and cost-effective rate.
You’ll learn what it takes to implement these strategies and gain insight into how real companies have improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue through a collaborative content strategy.
Also, you're getting a LavaCon presentation without attending LavaCon! :)
Bonnie is an Agile-trained Product Owner at MindTouch, creating a product that enables support agents to contribute content to an organization’s body of knowledge. Prior to shifting to product, she spent ten years in the technical communication field focusing on content strategy, knowledge creation, and user experience, helping companies like Verizon, Hitachi, and Accenture empower their users through self service. Bonnie has a M.A. in Writing and is KCS v6 certified.

There is another DoubleTree hotel nearby, so it’s easy to accidentally go to the wrong location if you do a search for “DoubleTree” on your phone, instead of searching for the exact address!
The DoubleTree Club offers complimentary valet parking. If you prefer to self-park, tell the valet that you’re at the hotel for an OCSTC meeting, and ask if you can park yourself.
