OCSTC Winter/Spring 2009 OCSTC Scholarship

Tuition, books, fees, room and board, gas, and more fees. College is expensive! OCSTC can help ease the burden of your Winter/Spring 2009 semester tuition with a $1000 scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to the winner of OCSTC's annual student scholarship competition. If you are a student in good standing who is enrolled for the Winter/Spring 2009 semester/quarter in an area university or college degree or certificate program and are planning a career in technical communication (writing or graphics), you should apply now!

Instructions:

  • Print and complete the OCSTC Scholarship Application
  • Short description of your career goals
  • Letter from your technical communication program director verifying your enrollment in the program
  • Certified copy of your latest transcript
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Representative sample of your technical communication work

The STC scholarship program is designed to assist students who are pursuing a degree in some area of technical communication. You can be working toward either a bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree (master's or doctor's degree).
