Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, email the Treasurer (trea@ocstc.org) no less than 48 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee--$12 speaker-only; $26 all others. Please be aware that the chapter pays the hotel for any reservation with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice.

REVISED OCSTC No-Show Policy The OCSTC Administrative Council approved a motion to enforce the "no-show" policy, wherein anyone who reserves for the meeting and does not show will have their name and occurrence noted and will reimburse the chapter at or before the next meeting attended--$12 speaker-only; $26 all other reservations.
