Unless otherwise scheduled, the Orange County Chapter meets on the third Tuesday of each month

Members must pre-register NO LESS than 48 hours in advance to attend the dinner meeting at the appropriate membership rate or to attend the speaker-only portion of the meeting. All late registrants will be charged the walk-in rate.

Reservations

Make Your Reservation by 9:00 pm on Sunday , August 15, 2010

  • Complete the Meeting Registration Form. Pre-payment using PayPal and "speaker only" STC membership validation have also been restored.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, email the Treasurer (trea@ocstc.org) no less than 48 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee--$12 speaker-only; $26 all others. Please be aware that the chapter pays the hotel for any reservation with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice.

REVISED OCSTC No-Show Policy

The OCSTC Administrative Council approved a motion to enforce the "no-show" policy, wherein anyone who reserves for the meeting and does not show will have their name and occurrence noted and will reimburse the chapter at or before the next meeting attended--$12 speaker-only; $26 all other reservations.

A "no show" is defined as one of the following

  • someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting, does not attend the meeting, and does not cancel their reservation
  • someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting and does not pay
