Pam Coca is an award-winning technical writer and documentation specialist. An ex-nurse, she transitioned to medical-technical writing in 1998. However, these days you will just as easily find her working the fields of software, hardware, and utilities. An experienced professional speaker, trainer, and journalist who has received awards in technical writing, web design, and public relations, Pamela loves nothing better than speaking and networking with her peers at OCSTC.
Pamela owns and manages Write-on-Communications, a consulting firm based in Southern California, specializing in content development and graphic design for print and online. She is a regular contributor to the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC) quarterly journal, The Communicator—her next article is “Mad About MadWorld” will be on newsstands June 1st.

Bill has been a technical communicator in Southern California for over 10 years applying his skill set to both print and online writing. His experiences traverse the financial, automotive, healthcare, and marketing.
