Annual Business Meeting
The annual chapter business meeting will be conducted at the April chapter meeting. The results of the election will be read, and the administrative council-elect will be installed. To save your seat, register for the April chapter meeting.
In addition to formalizing the election results and installing the new officers, the annual business meeting also serves to partially satisfy IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations and New York State requirements for nonprofit organizations. The chapter is required to notify its members of the time and location 30 days in advance of the annual business meeting.
