Presenter Rebecca Lyles consults with companies to improve their written and spoken communication. Her company is called Text CPR (the CPR stands for Clarity, Precision, and Readability), and her clients represent a variety of industries.

A veteran technical writer and editor, Rebecca has also been a manager and director at AT&T Wireless, FileNet, and IBM. She has applied her writing and editing skills to everything from telecom network product designs to romance and action-thriller novels.
