Even Google’s AI is learning to favor content that most effectively fulfills the searcher’s intent.

Sara Feldman has been a technical writer and editor for 10+ years, primarily in the software industry and focused on online support. She is experienced with Knowledge Management and certified in Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) and Google Analytics. Sara earned her B.S. in Technical Communication and Communication Studies from James Madison University. She is also on the leadership team for the San Diego chapter of STC.

The DoubleTree Club offers complimentary valet parking. If you prefer to self-park, tell the valet that you’re at the hotel for an OCSTC meeting, and ask if you can park yourself.
